Chrysin is a naturally occurring isoflavone which can also be extracted from a plant called Passiflora coerulea.
Some scientific studies shows that chrysin reduces the estrogen level by cutting down from its conversion from testosterone, which means that if an individual have elevated testosterone levels, the conversion of testosterone to estrogen may be reduced. The guys who are consuming androstenedione, it is very important for them to know this because it may cause some feminine effects in body like growth of breast tissues etc. Taking chrysin with androstenedione might minimize the aromatization.
It must be taken before workouts and bedtime. The recommended dosage is 1-3 grams daily.
